Halloween

We made rice krispies pumpkins. Then the boys had to find lego and spiders in jelly, spaghetti and goo. We carved the pumpkins from Grandad's allotment. And made a spooky gingerbread house. Nessa arrived and we attempted a zombie hand kit but got a bit frightened by the health and safety instructions. We got dressed up and went out trick or treating. Back at Tasha's we tucked into test tubes of sprite mixed with vimto and plates of black squid ink spaghetti with pumpkin. Pudding was a delicious jelly brain.

Ibiza - Thursday

In the day we went to the beach. And in the evening we went on a sunset cruise. Mum enjoyed her free cups of sangria and cava and mine as well. She got a bit giggly.

Ibiza - Wednesday

In the morning me, Ness and Chat went on a pedalo in the sea. Chat was in a grump/hungover and wouldn't go down the slide. I was scared but had 2 turns. Ness loved it and went down the slide loads.
In the afternoon we went to the hippy market where I sat on a wall in the shade, Mum, Ness and Chat looked round the stalls and Dad enjoyed the smell of incense. In the evening at the hotel Chat did the karaoke.

Ibiza - Tuesday

We got the ferry over to the island of Formentera. Chat, Ness and Dad went swimming in the sea.

Monday 14 October 2013

Ibiza - Monday

We got the ferry across to Ibiza Town. I made everyone walk up to the Old Town to see the historical/cultural sights. We came back down and shared some tapas. Mum and Chat headed for the nearest Mcdonalds straight afterwards! In the evening we took part in the hotel quiz and we won a bottle of champagne and a jug of sangria. Chat wasn't too happy about us nominating him to go up on stage to collect it for us.

Ibiza - Sunday

We got the tourist road train that took us on a 3 hour excursion round the countryside. We sampled the local liqueur which went down well and Dad bought some absinthe which was so strong it took the roof of his mouth off.
