Me, Ness and Dad got the bus to Bury St Edmunds. We did some bargainous shopping. In a vintage shop a cute black pug licked Nessa's feet. I sat in an icecream and got in a right mess. Ness had a glass of Pimms and we shared a cheese platter.

Blackberry picking

Ness took me blackberry picking round Girton. There weren't many plumptious beauties to be found though. Oh-uh. Tsk.

Mill Road

Me and Ness went shopping down Mill Road. We bought up all the little newsagents/mini marts and had a very nice lunch at the Black Cat cafe. Ness had potato and chorizo hash with a poached egg on top and I had eggs benedict with avocado.

Centre for Computing History

I had Joe all to myself so I took him to the computer museum. I re-lived my youth and had about a million games of Sonic the hedgehog.

Taming of the Shrew - Homerton College Gardens

Ness and Joe came to get me when I finished work. We had icecreams from Benets. I had rhubarb crumble flavour icecream, Ness mango frozen yogurt and Joe had the Cambridge Blue icecream. Then we went to see Taming of the Shrew. Ness was most amused there was a character called Tranio. The best bit of our picnic was definitely Joe's homemade sausage rolls.
