Ness and Josh joint party

Josh decided he and Nessa needed a joint birthday party so we had a get together at Nessa's house. Don lit the indoor fireworks for us. We played the family night in chocolate game - Grandad had impressive chocolate balancing skills. Nessa had to get strict coz Tasha and Chat didn't understand what the word baton means. Joe and Grandma sat texting each other while the rest of us played more party games.

Nessa's birthday.

We went to see a recording of Cook's Questions hosted by Sue Perkins. Then we went to Spaghetti House because Nessa's favourite is spaghetti. I had a carbonara pizza which was massive and delicious.

Boxing Day

We went to the Doubletree for a festive afternoon tea. Josh was open-mouthed with awe that the marzipan Christmas trees were actually edible.

Christmas Day

We went to Cafe Rouge for Christmas day lunch. Mum and Ness particularly enjoyed their glasses of pink champagne.

Panto

We went to see the panto at the Arts theatre then took Josh to the Guild Hall to visit Father Christmas.

Josh's christmas play

We had the day off to go and see Josh in his school Christmas play. He did really well. Afterwards we went to a Christmas barn to see santa and he even insisted me and Tasha sit on his knee.
