Heacham - Saturday

   For Mum and Dad's Ruby anniversary we went to Heacham Beach caravan park for the weekend. Mum, Dad, Joe, Josh and Tash went in Dad's car while me and Ness got the train and bus. Chat and Don were invited but didn't want to come.
   Me and Ness did some bargain basement shopping while we waited for the others to get there and Ness even bought some christmas presents. We all met up at the monument on the green in Hunstanton when the others arrived. We sat outside a cafe to have lunch and Josh was so cold he had to get inside Nessa's hoodie while she was still wearing it. Ness and Tash had local crab.
   Ness and Joe went off to do some shopping while Mum and Dad had a rest and me, Josh and Tash went down to the beach. Josh soon had me and Tasha going down to the sea to get buckets of water for him. Joe and Nessa came down then too and joined in the sandcastle making. Ness got Mum a deckchair from Lazybums. Josh and Dad had fancy icecreams. Joe had some crabsticks and Ness had some prawns that I had to behead for her. Josh and Joe went in the sea and got absolutely soaked. They had to put my and Nessa's hoodies on to warm up so they looked like our mini-me's.
   Mum, Dad, Josh, Joe and Tash then drove to Heacham to find our caravan park. Me and Ness got the bus there. Me, Josh and Tash settled into one caravan and Mum, Dad, Joe and Ness in the other. We were a bit far away from each other but the boys enjoyed scootering from one to the other. Josh said he wanted to put our money in the fridge so we'd have cold hard cash.
Josh and Tasha put on their disco outfits but were too shy to actually go up to the dancefloor. We had dinner at the bar. Then we strolled down to Heacham beach before going back to the caravan for Mum and Dad to open their anniversary presents and cards.
