We went to La Tasca coz Mum and Ness had seen signs for their special paella fiesta night. We were expecting a special dinner deal of paella, sangria, music. When we got in there we confused the waitress and she confused us. Eventually she had to get the manager for us! He explained that the fiesta night is just where they have the chef making a paella at the front of the restaurant near the window and people can come in and try a little free sample. We were like oh! So we ended up just ordering off the normal menu. I had one of my cheapskate bogof vouchers so that was handy. Ness had a sex-on-the-beach cocktail and did her famous point at the menu for it! Also a magician came round and asked me and Ness if we're Spanish. Ness said no, so he said oh you've got that Spanish look about you, where are you from. Me and Ness were most annoyed. He wanted to do a magic trick on Ness but she refused. He did one on me where I had a pack of cards between my hands and then it turned into a clear plastic block. We did our usual thing of over-ordering (coz Ness said you're meant to get 3 dishes per person and then all share) so we couldn't finish everything. We left totally stuffed and when we got to the car park we went in the side that doesn't have lifts so me and Mum walked across to the side that does and they were out of order so we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs.
